The Catalonia consists of 711 air-conditioned Junior Suites in 31 separate villas surrounded by tropical vegetation. Towards the center of the property there is a spectacular pool area with islands, fountains and jacuzzis.

This resort features four a la carte restaurants, two buffet restaurants, a poolside grill, five bars, nightly entertainment, a children`s activity center, a casino, and a brand new 18-hole golf course.

La Gondola
An a la carte restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Open for dinner only, formal dress and reservations are required. Hours are from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
La Parisienne
An a la carte restaurant serving French cuisine in a romantic atmosphere. Open for dinner only, formal dress and reservations are required. Hours are from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Mikado
An a la carte Japanese restaurant featuring Teppanyaki cuisine. Open for dinner only, formal dress and reservations are required. Hours are from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
Tex-Mes Specialty Restaurant
Hours are from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
