Location:

Situated on 19 acres of beach front property, 5 miles east of Ocho Rios, one of Jamaica's major shopping areas (approx. 10 minutes drive). Sixty-five (65) miles from Donald Sangster
International Airport in Montego Bay (approx. 2 hours drive).

Accommodations:
212 rooms total. All rooms have either ocean or mountain view. Rooms are located in the main
building, west wing, east wing, south wing, or in the garden villas. One bedroom suites are
located in either the main building or in the garden villas.

Electrical System:
110 volts/50 cycles. Adapters are not available.

Aviary:
Located in the garden. A varied collection of birds.

Beach:
White sand beach. length: 1053 ft., width: 70 ft.

Tower Isle:
Couples' own private island for 'au natural' sunbathing. Open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Island has a
swim-up pool bar, hammocks, lounge chairs. Snacks are available. Chicken, sandwiches,
patties, fries, hamburgers, hot dogs (done to order). Guests may be transported by boat at their
convenience or swim, if they are able to. There are two (2) rafts along the way where swimmers
may rest.

Tropical Mini Jungle:
Located in the garden. Path leads through jungle. Two jacuzzis are located in jungle (seating 2).

Jacuzzi:
Three accommodating 12 people. Two located near the main pool & one on the north side of the
west building. Two accommodating 2 people. Located in secluded garden/jungle areas. Private
outdoor jacuzzis located in the One Bedroom Villa Suites.

Pools:
Main pool with 10 ft. diving board. length: 75ft. , width: 45 ft. , depth: 12 ft. Private plunge pools
located in the Luxury Junior Villa Suite & Luxury One Bedroom Villa Suite. Swim-up pool bar
located on Tower Isle.

Television:
Satellite television. Closed captioned for the hearing impaired.

Weddings are complementary
Included is: your choice of scenic locations, including two wedding gazebos - one overlooking
the beach, one tucked amidst our tropical jungle. Weddings can be performed anywhere except
on Tower Isle (au natural). Reception is held only in the gazebos. Non-denominational marriage
ceremony. Marriage license. Additional charge for copies. Two tier cake. Bridal bouquet and
boutonniere. Sparkling Wine . Recorded Music. Matching commemorative T-shirts. Half-hour
massages.

Extra bridal bouquet $25.00, Extra boutonniere $ 4.00. Certified copies of Marriage Certificate
(three copies) - $40.00 (to be paid in cash at the hotel). This will be mailed to you. It is
recommended that certified copies be obtained in order to have legal proof of the marriage.
Passes for wedding guests staying off the property may be purchased. A wedding pass valued
at $60.00 per person is valid for eight hours. In keeping with the COUPLES concept, all guests
must be adults 18 years and older. No children, no exceptions.

Arrangements:

Weddings are performed Monday through Saturday. The first wedding is performed at 9:00 am.
Last wedding is at 4:00 pm. Entire wedding lasts 1 hour. Average length of actual ceremony is10 minutes. Vows are standard. Wedding date may be confirmed prior to making hotel reservations. Guest must call the Sales Department at the hotel to arrange wedding. On arrival at the hotel the guests must go to the sales office to make final arrangements. The Wedding Coordinator will arrange location of ceremony with guests. Guests may bring their own glasses, knives etc. Cake ornaments are restricted to: l=6", w=4", h=7". Traditions such as breaking glasses (guests must provide own glasses) and jumping brooms are accepted.

We provide a online wedding questionnaire form and printable wedding questionnaire form for
arranging your wedding. Please not that the following documents will need to be mailed to us.

Identification Papers:
*Notarized copies of birth certificates. If father's name is not on the certificate, indicate father's name on a separate paper.
*Notarized copies of driver's license or passport.
*Notarized written parental consent if under 17 years of age.
*Notarized proof of divorce, copy of death certificate for widow/widower (if applicable).
*Clients are required to be at Couples Hotel at least 48 hours in order to finalize wedding
arrangements and apply for marriage license. This includes the one government working day which is required to apply for the license.

Note: Clients are required to be at Couples Hotel at least 48 hours in advance to finalize wedding arrangements and apply for marriage license. This includes the one government working day which is required to apply for the license. If time does not allow the clients to arrive 48 hours prior to wedding, the client must advise the hotel in advance and ensure that all arrangements are completely finalized .However, by law, the guest then has to be on the island (from processing by immigration) for 24 hours before they can be married.
